3. User Account

A user account is required to use memoia. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities under your account
• Immediately reporting unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Available Plans

• Free: Basic features with limited generations
• Premium: €4.99/month with unlimited features
• Lifetime: €24.99 one-time for permanent access

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through the App Store. Billing occurs in advance. With auto-renewal, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before expiration.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Support provided by memoia is created through artificial intelligence. We provide no guarantee for the appropriateness or therapeutic effect of the content.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to information you input. By using memoia, however, you grant us a limited license to process this data for providing our services.

This license is non-exclusive, transferable, and worldwide, but limited to the purpose of service provision.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the memoia app, design, brands, and underlying code remain with memoia GmbH. Use does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Distribute malware
• Hack or manipulate the services
• Use automated systems for mass usage
• Violate third-party rights
• Create misleading or harmful content

9. Limitation of Liability

memoia is provided "as is". We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Indemnification

You indemnify us from all third-party claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for violation of these terms. You can delete your account anytime in the app settings.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the headquarters of memoia GmbH.
